Novartis is seeking a QC Lead Chemistry in Puurs, Belgium to lead Quality Control Chemistry operations and ensure GMP compliance. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, drive a quality culture, and support inspections and continuous improvement across our lab operations.
The role requires a Master’s degree in a scientific field, 5+ years in regulated pharma quality, and fluency in Dutch and English. A hybrid working option and a comprehensive rewards package are offered.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: EUR 76,900 – 142,900.
The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
