Asenium Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst with 6 years of experience in cards for a one-year project. The role follows a hybrid model with 50% on-site and 50% remote work, starting as soon as possible.

You will analyse card products and change requests, define the business scope, and bridge business needs with IT. You will develop business requirements and acceptance criteria, and serve as interface between stakeholders and the squad, including BAT oversight.

Qualifications

• You have experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
• You have business expertise in card products, processes, and related services.
• You understand the Belgian cards industry, including its players and trends.
• You can understand and communicate complex business topics and their links with IT.

Responsabilités

• Analyse issues and propose improvements to card products and services.
• Analyse and evaluate change requests.
• Identify solutions with squad members and assess the available options.
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as an interface between stakeholders.
• Bridge business needs and IT.
• Define the business scope, target operating model, and business and IT interfaces.
• Monitor change implementation, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
