Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to represent the firm on client engagements in Brussels. You will operate in the IT Strategy Office, delivering strategic technology recommendations and ensuring delivery value in a dynamic consulting environment for a leading European financial institution.

The role requires a strong background in Enterprise Architecture or IT analysis, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in Enterprise/Solution Architecture, IT Analysis, Tech Lead or similar roles.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services, ideally Retail Banking.
• English proficiency plus Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-impact, actionable recommendations to CIO on critical technology directions (legacy modernization, application rationalization, cross-border projects).
• Bridge gap between technology and strategy using IT architecture or systems analysis background to formulate clear recommendations for executive management.
• Assemble and lead ad-hoc, cross-functional expert groups to solve strategic IT dilemmas with rapid alignment and concrete deliverables.
• Operate under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model in client-facing environments.
