ENGIBEX is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop and validate control strategies for a modular hybrid transmission. You will contribute to cutting-edge software solutions in the automotive industry, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to implement and verify control functions through the full V-cycle, collaborating closely with system engineering and validation teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechatronics, Controls, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of automotive experience preferred.
• Extensive Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/EmbeddedCoder experience.
• Experience with production-intended control strategy design for code generation.

Responsabilités

• Join a team of >20 controls engineers developing the controls software for the hybrid product line.
• Work on design and validation of functions or modules in application software (driving strategy, coordination, clutch/gear actuation, diagnostics, safety).
• Participate in the full V-cycle of software development (requirements, design, implementation in Simulink, MiL, HiL, vehicle validation).
• Collaborate with system engineering, validation, ESW, testing and simulation teams to advance powertrain technologies.
