Akkodis is seeking a Validation Engineer to join its automotive consulting team, focusing on validating next-generation hybrid and electric powertrain components. You will define validation strategies, run plans, and sign off results across development stages.

You should have a Master’s degree in Automotive or Electromechanical Engineering, at least five years in automotive testing and validation, and familiarity with CANape, CANalyzer, AVL CRETA, INCA and MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in automotive testing and validation activities.
• Familiarity with testing facilities and test methodologies.
• Experience with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Defining validation strategies for your technical domain, including virtual validation activities.
• Ensuring the execution of validation plans and achieving project milestones.
• Signing off validation results at key project milestones.
• Translating testing needs into concrete test requests and activities.
• Supporting planning activities and resolving roadblocks to maintain testing efficiency.
• Preparing, coordinating, and performing data analysis and reporting for development tests.
