VeroTech is seeking a Transmission Controls Engineer to join our team of controls specialists. You will develop control software for hybrid dual-clutch transmissions using a Model-Based Development V-cycle with Simulink, Stateflow and Embedded Coder, focusing on driving strategy and diagnostics.

You will collaborate with systems engineering, validation and embedded software teams, support MiL/HiL testing, and contribute to powertrain technology.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Mechatronics, Controls, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in automotive controls and model-based software development.
• Strong experience with Matlab/Simulink and ISO 26262 knowledge.
• Ability to perform structured root-cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Define software requirements for transmission control functions.
• Design control strategies for software modules.
• Implement controls in Simulink within an MBD process.
• Verify functions in MiL/HiL environments.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, validation and embedded teams.
• Support powertrain technology development.
