nTech Workforce is seeking a Junior Project Management Analyst to support the Distribution Program Management Office, blending data analytics, administration, and project coordination for electric utility programs. The role involves day-to-day analysis, contract workflows, and stakeholder communications.

Hybrid work in Newark, DE with three mandatory in-office days per week (Tue–Thu) and travel 1–2 times per month to team sites. Strong Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of experience in analytical/administrative or PMO support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and time management with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day project analytics for electric utility distribution programs.
• Assist with contract administration, including RFP development and tracking payments.
• Manage program data using Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI; coordinate with stakeholders.
