You will analyze business processes, support requirements gathering, develop functional specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders using MS Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or project coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel especially (VLOOKUPs, pivots, formulas).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.
• Support contract administration, including RFP development and approvals.
• Manage large program data in Excel, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document functional specs.
• Identify risks and issues and assist with testing and training materials.
• Provide user support during system implementation.
