Job summary

Nike's European Logistics Campus in Belgium is seeking a results-driven supply chain professional to accelerate service, efficiency and cost improvements. You will partner with operational teams across transportation, planning and distribution to transform data into actionable improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and the ability to drive scalable changes in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in supply chain and knowledge from education, internships, projects or work experience.
• Strong project-management skills with delivering milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience identifying workflow improvements and translating needs into standardized or automated processes; workflow/automation tools are a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and levels.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve day-to-day performance by monitoring logistics metrics and translating insights into actions with owners and timing.
• Turn data into decisions by identifying root causes and actionable recommendations.
• Automate day-to-day workflows by redesigning processes and partnering with process owners and tech teams.
• Drive continuous improvement with clear scope, milestones, risks and measurable value.
• Design end-to-end solutions across functions, distribution centers, channels and value streams.
• Support implementation with staying close to the operation through testing and handover.
• Build scalable ways of working with clear processes, dashboards and routines.
• Engage stakeholders with clear progress, decisions and next steps.
