Nike European Logistics Campus seeks a talented analytics and operations professional to join the logistics team. You will work across transportation, planning and operations, partnering with analysts, managers, and external partners to boost performance for athletes and consumers.

You'll monitor day-to-day performance, turn data into decisions, and help design end-to-end solutions that scale across the network, improving efficiency and value.

• Own and improve day-to-day performance: monitor supply chain and logistics performance, identify deviations and actions.
• Turn data into decisions: combine operational information and insights to identify root causes, opportunities, risks and recommendations.
• Automate day-to-day processes: identify repetitive activities and redesign them into simpler, standardized and automated workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement: structure and deliver initiatives with clear scope, milestones, risks, outcomes and measurable business value.
• Design end-to-end solutions: work across functions, distribution centers, channels and value streams to connect local improvements to the wider logistics network.
• Support implementation: stay close to the operation from problem definition through testing, deployment, stabilization and handover.
• Build scalable ways of working: create clear processes, documentation, dashboards and routines that make improvements sustainable and reusable across teams.
• Engage stakeholders: facilitate discussions, align different perspectives and communicate progress, decisions and next steps clearly.

Within our organization, there are different teams where you could bring your expertise, with a focus on areas such as transportation, planning and operations.

You will work closely with operational teams, analysts, specialists, managers, and internal and external partners across our logistics network. Together, we connect expertise across functions, distribution centers, channels and value streams to improve performance faster and at scale.

You will contribute to one strong team, focused on delivering for athletes and consumers while continuously raising the bar in logistics.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
