Job summary

Nike Customs is hiring a Logistics Customs & Trade Analyst to join the European Logistics Campus. You’ll work with a team of specialists, analysts, and managers to ensure fast, compliant import/export processes across EMEA while building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, end-to-end process optimization, and effective communication in English, with Dutch as an advantage depending on the sub-team.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience and ability to keep teams aligned.
• Experience with agile ways of working to drive execution.
• Capable of turning data into insights and driving action.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch a plus in some sub-teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead data-driven analysis to improve cross-border trade processes across EMEA.
• Support governance, reporting and knowledge sharing within the Customs Data Community.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk-informed decision-making in customs operations.
