Who You Will Work With

Within Nike's European Logistics Campus, supply chain is at the heart of the athlete and consumer experience

Our ambition is to accelerate service, efficiency and cost improvements by combining data-driven problem solving with end-to-end solution design.

Within our organization, there are different teams where you could bring your expertise, with a focus on areas such as transportation, planning and operations.

You will work closely with operational teams, analysts, specialists, managers, and internal and external partners across our logistics network. Together, we connect expertise across functions, distribution centers, channels and value streams to improve performance faster and at scale.

You will contribute to one strong team, focused on delivering for athletes and consumers while continuously raising the bar in logistics.

Who We Are Looking For
  • ACT WITH URGENCY You don't wait for the perfect conditions. You step in, take ownership and stay close to the action. You turn insights into decisions and decisions into momentum.
  • LEAD WITH HOW How you win matters. You bring analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, challenge the status quo and make the complex simple. You communicate with clarity, bring people along and build strong partnerships across the business.
  • BE FLEXIBLE The game can change fast, and you're ready to move with it. You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, navigate ambiguity with confidence and adapt as priorities shift. You're curious to learn different parts of the supply chain and ready to contribute wherever you can create impact.
  • PLAY TO WIN You keep your eyes on the finish line. You focus on solutions that work, value that can be measured and improvements that make a real difference. You don't stop at the idea. You help bring it to life.
YOUR SPORTS BAG CONTAINS
  • A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience, in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business analytics or a related field.
  • You bring a strong interest in supply chain and have built relevant knowledge or hands-on experience through your education, internships, projects or professional experience in areas such as supply chain, distribution, logistics, project delivery or process improvement.
  • Strong project-management skills, with experience structuring work around clear deliverables, milestones, risks and expected outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data and operational information into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience identifying workflow improvement opportunities and translating business needs into standardized or automated processes. Experience with workflow, analytics or automation tools is an asset.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating across teams, functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English. Dutch is an asset.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes, technologies and areas of the supply chain.
  • Experience with analytics tools, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, process mapping, simulation or supply chain technology is an asset.
What Success Looks Like
  • Operational issues are translated into clear actions and sustainable improvements.
  • Manual day-to-day activities are simplified, standardized or automated where this adds value.
  • Projects deliver measurable service, cost, quality or productivity improvements.
  • Solutions are implemented successfully, adopted by the operation and scalable beyond one team or process.
  • Stakeholders understand the priorities, decisions, ownership and next steps.
What You Will Work On
  • Own and improve day-to-day performance: Monitor supply chain and logistics performance, identify deviations and translate insights into clear actions with the right owners and timing.
  • Turn data into decisions: Combine operational information and analytical insights to identify root causes, opportunities, risks and practical recommendations.
  • Automate day-to-day workflows: Identify repetitive, manual or fragmented activities and help redesign them into simpler, standardized and automated workflows. Partner with process owners and technology teams to define requirements, test solutions, support implementation and track adoption and value.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Structure and deliver improvement initiatives with clear scope, milestones, risks, expected outcomes and measurable business value.
  • Design end-to-end solutions: Work across functions, distribution centers, channels and value streams to connect local improvements to the wider logistics network.
  • Support implementation: Stay close to the operation from problem definition through testing, deployment, stabilization and handover.
  • Build scalable ways of working: Create clear processes, documentation, dashboards and routines that make improvements sustainable and reusable across teams.
  • Engage stakeholders: Facilitate discussions, align different perspectives and communicate progress, decisions and next steps clearly.
IMPORTANT And NON-NEGOTIABLE
