Avantor Sciences is seeking a Cross-Stream Operations SME to ensure continuity and efficiency across Order Administration, Inventory Management, Scan, and Replenishment. You will act as the single point of contact, overseeing end-to-end order lifecycle, monitoring stock levels, and supporting replenishment to keep laboratory operations flowing.

The role blends data management, problem solving, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience or good understanding of Order Management and inventory processes.
• Knowledge of SAP / Ariba and MS Office (Excel).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and comfortable switching between operational tasks.
• Willingness to work across different operational posts.

Responsabilités

• Drive the day-to-day order management process.
• Support the coordination of laboratory orders and goods reception.
• Support accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment at Points of Use, and supporting smooth, compliant, and efficient lab operations.
• Support our internal focus on safety.
• Monitor supplier confirmations and delivery dates.
• Communicate order status, delays, process updates or issues clearly to internal requesters.
• Support the team manager with the addition of SKUs to our automatic order management system.
• Discuss the addition with the internal requesters.
• Support basic warehouse activities (storage, organization, housekeeping).
• Create replenishment requests in SAP / Ariba.
• Ensure inventory master data accuracy.
