Sanofi Ghent seeks a Lab Automation Engineer Specialist to join the STREAM Automation & Data Workflow team. You will develop automated workflows for high-throughput screening and data capture, integrating devices and ELN/LIMS systems.
The role spans Discovery and PRT with a focus on NANOBODY® projects across immunology and oncology. You will work in a collaborative, international team, applying Python/R programming, automation scripting, and data analysis to design, validate, and document
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or related field with required experience
- Programming experience in Python or R
- Experience with automation hardware and lab instruments
- Knowledge of digital lab tools (ELN/LIMS) and data connectivity
Responsabilités
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for liquid handling platforms
- Design workflow orchestration for integrated equipment
- Set up automated high-throughput processes across Discovery and PRT
- Support robotic platform installations and validation activities
- Assist in troubleshooting automation equipment
- Contribute to automation run planning across departments
- Documentation of automation methods and procedures
