Avantor Sciences in Belgium is seeking a highly motivated associate to provide laboratory and logistics support on-site at Baxter in Braine-L'Alleud. You will assist with sample handling, inventory management, ordering, and shipments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams in a dynamic environment. French and English language proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory support and logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to operate computerized inventory and ordering systems.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and label laboratory materials, and support sample receipt and storage.
• Manage stock levels and organize warehouse areas.
• Place and track orders for laboratory consumables and reagents.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and liaise with couriers.
• Support site access and general logistics operations.
