You will drive scheduling, performance reviews, and workforce readiness while ensuring GMP compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience managing material flow and inventory across multiple locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of lab operations & support associates across customer locations.
• Ensure material availability and inventory accuracy to support manufacturing & QC workflows.
• Maintain GMP/compliance with site procedures and training records.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and coordinate operational reviews.
