Pauwels Consulting in Belgium is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a client in the energy sector. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support by phone and email and manage the full lifecycle of tickets within the helpdesk tool.

Responsibilities include hardware staging, configuring workstations and peripherals, and troubleshooting networking, VPN, and conferencing issues. The ideal candidate holds ITIL, is fluent in Dutch, French, and English, and has Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Windows 10/11 configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Office 365 and productivity software such as MS Visio and Adobe products.
Experience in user management using Active Directory.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, VPN, and WiFi.
Experience with hardware staging and technical support for PC, printers, and peripherals.
ITIL certification.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via call and email intake.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of tickets within the helpdesk management tool.
Execute technical actions and maintenance tasks per established processes and checklists.
Perform hardware staging and configuration for workstations and peripherals.
Troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity, mobile devices, and conferencing systems.
Maintain user accounts and access permissions through directory services.
