Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up, part of the Visma Group, with offices in Ghent, Antwerpen and Barcelona. We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Officer to own a growing IT landscape across our three companies and 300+ colleagues.

You’ll start hands-on, gain real ownership, and be mentored by an experienced IT coordinator to learn the ropes quickly. You’ll handle hardware setup for new hires, second-line support, and office IT infrastructure, while rolling out group-wide tools like Slack, Notion

Qualifications

• If you've just finished a tech or ICT education, you’re a fit for this role.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a big plus.
• You’ll be joining three SaaS companies and growing with a dedicated IT team.
• Willingness to be mobile between Ghent and Antwerp offices; occasional travel to Barcelona.

Responsabilités

• Hardware & devices: set up laptops for new hires, keep devices updated, manage lifecycle.
• Second-line support: be a friendly contact for hardware and software questions and escalate as needed.
• Office IT: maintain Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, and AV/event tech; flag improvements.
• Tools: roll out and maintain Slack, Notion, Google Workspace across the group.
• Learn & grow: be coached by a senior IT coordinator and take on more responsibility over time.

We Are Looking for a Junior IT Support Officer to Join us

You’ll be joining Teamleader, Yuki and AdminPulse: three SaaS companies with offices in Ghent, Antwerpen and Barcelona, part of the international Visma group. We're growing, and our IT landscape is growing with us. It's time to have a dedicated team owning it.

This is a rare chance to start your IT career with real ownership and a lot of support. You'll be the go-to person for everything IT for our 300+ colleagues across our offices: from making sure a new hire has the right laptop on day one, to keeping our devices up to date, to helping keep our office infrastructure running. You won't be thrown in the deep end alone. You'll be trained and coached by an experienced senior IT coordinator who knows our stack inside out, so you learn the ropes the right way from day one.

If you've just finished a tech or ICT education and you're itching to get your hands on real systems, real hardware, and real problems, this is where you grow fast.

As our Junior IT Support Officer, your mission is to keep IT running smoothly for our colleagues across our companies and offices, and to grow into a well-rounded IT professional while you do it.

This is a hands-on role. You'll solve what you can yourself, learn quickly from the people around you, and know when to elevate what you can't yet handle.

• Hardware & devices: Help set up laptops for new hires (Windows and Mac), keep our devices up to date, and support the full lifecycle: setup, repairs, returns, and shared/loaner devices.

• Second-line support: Be a friendly point of contact for colleagues with hard- and software questions, and learn to own the escalation path to Visma IT.

• Office IT: Help keep office infrastructure running (Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, audiovisual and event tech) and flag what needs improving or replacing.

• Tools: Help roll out and maintain group-wide tooling (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) and learn how tool selection and policy work across the group.

• Learn & grow: Absorb knowledge from your senior coach, take on more responsibility as you go, and build a strong foundation across the whole IT landscape.

• A tech or ICT education (recently graduated is perfectly fine), or the equivalent hands-on curiosity and know-how.

• A genuine interest in hardware, software, and solving IT problems: you like figuring out how things work and fixing them.

• Some familiarity with Windows and Mac environments; any exposure to Google Workspace, MDM tools (like Intune), or Notion is a plus, not a must.

• A fixer's mindset: you'd rather help someone today than let a problem sit, and you communicate clearly and approachably with non-technical colleagues.

• You're happy to be mobile between our Ghent and Antwerp offices (with the occasional trip to Barcelona), and eager to learn. English is a must, and Dutch is a big plus.

• Nice to have: internships or student work in IT support, network/Wi-Fi basics, or audiovisual and meeting-room tech experience.
