Zusammenfassung

EUROCONTROL offers a Skyline Traineeship in HR and Administration, starting 1 April 2027 for 6 months with potential extension to 12 months. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, learning programmes and internal communications within a multinational aviation environment.

The role supports a variety of HR and admin tasks, with regular feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to network across sites in Brussels, Bretigny-sur-Orge, Luxembourg and Maastricht.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recent graduate in HR, psychology, business/public administration or social sciences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of teamwork in a multinational environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support employee engagement and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Contribute to learning programmes and training material preparation.
• Support internal communications and update intranet portals.
• Assist in administrative tasks, document management, and data analysis.
• Prepare reports and coordinate meetings and workshops.
