Job summary

EUROCONTROL invites aspiring professionals to join our Skyline Traineeship in Communications. Start Spring 2027 (1 April 2027) for 6 months, with possible extension to 12 months, in Brussels, Brétigny-sur-Orge, Luxembourg or Maastricht.

You will work in a multinational environment on communications, marketing, design and multimedia projects. The programme offers hands-on training, feedback, and portfolio building across content creation, media relations, events, social media, newsletters,

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed post-secondary studies in communications, marketing, design, or related field.
• Creative flair with keen eye for detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge or motivation to learn MS Office and image/video editing tools.
• Interest in aviation and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Professional conduct aligned with EUROCONTROL behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in communications projects from content creation to campaign development.
• Support public relations efforts including media relations and events.
• Support marketing initiatives through social posts and newsletters.
• Create visually compelling materials using graphic design skills.
• Engage in multimedia design, including video editing and animation.
• Assist in policy development and stakeholder management activities related to air traffic management.
