Job summary

EUROCONTROL invites motivated students to join the Skyline Traineeship in HR and Administration starting 1 April 2027 for 6 months, with potential extension to 12 months. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, learning programmes, internal communication and general administration.

You will work in an international, multicultural environment with mentoring, travel reimbursement where appropriate, and a monthly allowance varying by site.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed post-secondary studies in HR, psychology, business administration, public administration or social sciences.
• Good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a multinational, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and on-site selection days.
• Support HR initiatives such as onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits and well-being programmes.
• Develop and implement training materials and coordinate training sessions.
• Support internal communications, intranet updates and coordination between units.
• Contribute to business administration tasks including document management and data analysis.
• Provide general meeting and workshop support, document production and reporting.
