AFD.Tech part of Accenture is seeking a Functional Analyst in Brussels. The hybrid role bridges business needs with technical delivery in a complex environment, collaborating with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate requirements into functional specifications.

You will conduct functional analysis, define workflows, support UAT, and ensure quality across the product lifecycle. English and French skills are required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• English C1 level or bilingual; French C1 level or bilingual.
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in IT, engineering, business analysis, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience in large-scale or complex environments is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes and translate needs into functional specs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure design and testing alignment.
• Define and maintain functional documentation, workflows, and user journeys.
• Support UAT and validate deliverables with stakeholders.
• Perform functional testing and support root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to continuous functional improvements and optimizations.
