Job summary

DPI (Dental Promotion & Innovation) in Brussels is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to orchestrate multi-country campaigns and omnichannel promotions across four languages. You will manage calendars, briefs, and quality gates, coordinating designers, translators, and agencies to ensure timely delivery.

You will work with the Marketing Manager to own planning, dispatching and performance metrics, while coordinating trade shows and ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing project management, campaign coordination or traffic management.
• A track record of planning print and digital production with external partners, against deadlines and budgets.
• Rigorous proofreading habit and attention to language versions.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the master marketing calendar for all brands, across four countries and four languages.
• Brief and track the work to designers, translators and agencies, balancing workloads and flagging blockers.
• Run the quality gate for emailings, banners, pages and promotions against ERP data and legal mentions.
• Track supplier commitments and ensure delivery of all campaign components and reports.
• Coordinate trade shows and events, including stand production and on-site logistics with sales teams.
• Keep routines running and document checklists, templates and processes.
