Wonderful is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for the BELUX region in a hybrid role. You will embed with enterprise teams, turning complex workflows into AI-driven production systems and leading projects from discovery to deployment.

You will design AI agents, work across APIs and data flows, and own deployments with a focus on measurable business impact. The role suits engineers who thrive on customer interaction and practical, fast iterations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software or solving complex technical problems.
• Strong foundations in software architecture, system design, and production engineering.
• Experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
• Ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous problems.
• Confidence working directly with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Embed with customers to understand workflows and measures of success.
• Turn operational problems into clear technical plans and production systems.
• Design and build AI agents that integrate with customer tools and processes.
• Own deployments from prototype through launch and continuous improvement.
• Test with real-world data and iterate based on evidence.
• Balance architecture, reliability, speed, and user experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the core platform.
• Turn deployment lessons into reusable tools and patterns.
