Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader. The hybrid role can be located in Beerse, Belgium or Leiden, Netherlands.

You will lead data governance, steward regulatory data, and drive the Regulatory Data Hub globally, partnering across R&D, IT, and DDSAI to enable trusted, decision-ready data. You will chair the Regulatory Data Council, set standards, and mentor a global team of data stewards, delivering strategic governance and analytics for

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Computer Science/Technology, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years in a medium-to-large pharmaceutical/healthcare setting with regulatory data experience.
• At least 2 years in people management; data governance and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead data governance and stewardship across global regulatory data domains.
• Chair Regulatory Data Council; align data standards with enterprise governance.
• Own Regulatory Data Hub governance and partnership with IT and DDSAI.
• Drive end-to-end RIM transformation via URP and data quality initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a global team of data stewards; manage priorities and performance.
