Job summary

Tribe Data Services seeks an experienced Agile Product Owner to represent business stakeholders and end-users for a data product, analytics capability, or reporting solution. You will translate needs into a prioritized roadmap, maintain the backlog, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable data solutions.

You will work closely with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Scrum Masters, and governance bodies, driving value-based delivery in a regulated data environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Understanding of Data Products and Data Mesh principles.
• Experience with Data Warehousing, BI platforms, Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Denodo, Databricks, Fabric, or cloud-based analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains the product vision, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with Tribe Data Services priorities.
• Owns and continuously prioritizes the Product Backlog based on business value, risks, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to capture, challenge, refine, and prioritize business needs.
• Ensures the squad delivers valuable increments aligned with objectives and timelines.
• Actively participates in Agile ceremonies and drives continuous improvement of the product and delivery process.
