Datashift is a rapidly growing data consultancy helping clients turn data into business value. We seek a consultant with hands-on experience in audit and process analysis to bridge business and technology and drive data-driven transformations.

You will map strategic goals to data value, design the roadmap, and coach junior teammates while contributing to advisory work on data department setup.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in data, cloud technology, IT audit or process analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support clients in becoming data driven by bridging business and technology.
• Understand strategic goals and pinpoint the value of data.
• Translate goals into a clear roadmap (pilots & PoCs vs roadmap).
• Ensure overall quality of delivery and coach junior colleagues.

Datashift is a very fast growing consultancy team with a focus on delivering solutions that answer business questions with data and facts. For one of our fastest growing practices, we are looking for a skilled Consultant with hands-on experience audit and process analysis.

Do you have 2 to 5 years of experience of which at least 2 to 3 years in the field data, cloud technology, (IT) audit and/or process analysis. And the prospect of helping to grow a company that believes in together creating an impact with Data at our customers sounds good?

Your responsibilities

• Support clients in their journey towards becoming data driven by bridging the gap between business and technology;
• Able to understand the strategic goals of a company, pinpoint the value of data;
• Translate the above in a clear well defined roadmap and understand which approach to use when (pilots & pocs vs roadmap);
• You are responsible for the overall quality of delivery and coaching of your more junior colleagues;
• Participate in customer advisory on the set-up of data departments and teams (incl. defining roles and responsibilities).
