Projective Group is seeking a Senior Data & AI Transformation Consultant to guide complex data and AI initiatives for senior stakeholders in the financial sector. You will shape governance, strategy, and operating models to deliver transformative change across organisations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Governance, Strategy or Transformation within financial services.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
• Experience delivering data and transformation initiatives within banking, insurance or financial services.
• Ability to engage, challenge and influence senior stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Experience defining data governance frameworks, operating models and data capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business, data, risk, compliance and technology stakeholders across the financial sector.
• Guide Data Management, Data Governance and AI Transformation initiatives, from strategy definition through implementation.
• Shape data strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks and Data Office capabilities that enable organisations to unlock value from data.
• Help clients translate regulatory requirements such as GDPR, BCBS239 and DORA into practical and sustainable data capabilities.
• Push initiatives across data quality, lineage, metadata management, privacy, security, analytics and AI readiness, leveraging platforms such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview and Alation.
• Facilitate executive workshops, steer stakeholder alignment and deliver presentations that influence strategic decision-making at C-level.
• Guide project teams, mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development, thought leadership and the growth of Projective Group's Data & AI Practice.
