Job summary

KPMG Belgium is seeking a Data & AI Governance Engineer to guide clients through governance design, tooling selection and implementation across data platforms. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee delivery with senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on automating governance operations, establishing playbooks, and scaling capabilities while collaborating with AI, Data, IT, and business teams within an international environment.

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of Data & AI governance experience with tooling
Hands-on governance platforms and data quality tooling
Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Advise on governance tooling selection and implementation
Provide architecture and governance oversight
Automate and scale governance operations
Develop standards, methods, and playbooks
Enable decision-making with senior stakeholders
Support engagement shaping and growth
Coach teams and align across practices
