Sofico in Ghent, Belgium, seeks an Integration Consultant to ensure seamless integration between the Miles solution and connected systems. You will bridge business needs with technical capabilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will run workshops, map landscapes, and craft functional specifications, supporting both pre-delivery and post-go-live activities. Fluent English and Dutch are preferred; a hybrid work setup with a modern Ghent office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical consulting or system integration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their integrations.
• Proficiency in integration tools and technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into specs.

Responsabilités

• Conducting integration requirement workshops and preparing functional specs.
• Map customer landscapes and align requirements with Miles.
• Coordinate with customers to gather integration specifications.
• Perform pre-delivery integration testing and support handovers.
• Post go-live: manage change requests and refine requirements into actionable specs.
• Provide solution consulting for configuration and integration.
• Address defects using domain expertise.
