Sofico NV is scaling its Data & AI organization from its Ghent office to accelerate the Miles platform across leasing, fleet, and mobility services. We seek a Scrum Master to enable fast, high-quality delivery by fostering Agile collaboration, removing obstacles, and guiding multiple teams in a technical environment.

You’ll partner with engineering leads to ensure alignment, coach teams toward autonomous delivery, and contribute to a culture of learning and transparency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting Agile best practices.
• Drive delivery cadence and coordination across multiple Data & AI domains.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and identify delivery risks.
• Coach teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team health and delivery metrics to improve predictability.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders for alignment.
