Job summary

Octave BricsCAD is seeking an experienced Software Architect to help shape the code architecture of BricsCAD and its verticals for the future.

You’ll lead the Architecture Coordination Committee, collaborate with senior leads, and drive cross‑team stakeholder alignment across R&D. This role requires deep technical skills in C++, strong communication, and a passion for maintainable design in a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional C++ experience (C++11 or newer).
• 2+ years in senior engineering or software architecture roles with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design of new product areas or major enhancements.
• Improve codebase by identifying hotspots and reducing technical debt.
• Coordinate with R&D management and engineers to ensure adherence to architecture.
