Octave BricsCAD is seeking a Senior Software Developer for Manufacturing-2D (C++) in Ghent. You will join a cross-functional, international team and contribute to a broad range of challenges from architecture to implementation, with a strong emphasis on 2D CAD manufacturing features.

The role offers hybrid work, modern tooling, and a pathway to mentor juniors while shaping the future of BricsCAD Mechanical integration with AutoCAD-like workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years professional experience with C++ (C++11+).
• Ability to design and develop complex software.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and geometry.
• Willingness to refactor and improve a large codebase.
• Ability to plan work independently and communicate openly.
• Professional English; Dutch advantageous.
