Dark Light is seeking a Power BI Developer in Belgium to design, build, and optimize production-grade Power BI reports and dashboards. You will translate business questions into reporting specifications and present insights to non-technical stakeholders, driving data-driven decisions.

You bring strong hands-on Power BI experience, proficiency in DAX and SQL, and a good grasp of data modeling, security, and governance within an enterprise BI environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Power BI background.
• Experience with DAX and time intelligence patterns.
• Solid SQL skills for querying and validation.
• Experience with semantic models, relationships, and measures.
• Knowledge of star schemas and Kimball fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop production-grade Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Create clear, user-friendly report experiences with drill-through, tooltips, bookmarks, and interactions.
• Optimize report performance through design, filtering, and structure.
• Gather and refine reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable reporting specifications.
• Identify gaps or unclear requirements during development.
• Define reports around KPIs and actionable insights.
• Present insights to non-technical stakeholders and collect feedback.
• Maintain semantic models and implement Row-Level Security.
