WERAANBIEDING UIT EEN ANDERE REGIO seeks a Project and Engineering Manager for BESS projects, overseeing engineering and execution across electrical, civil, and structural domains. You will coordinate EPC partners, consultants, and internal teams while preparing specifications and leading tender processes.

You should have a Master degree in Engineering and proven experience in large-scale energy projects; English and French proficiency is essential, with Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Master degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Civil).
• Experience in engineering or construction of large-scale energy or infrastructure projects (BESS or renewables preferred).
• Strong coordinating skills to manage all parties involved.
• Excellent knowledge of English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive the engineering and execution of major BESS projects (>€100M investment).
• Oversee multidisciplinary design across electrical, civil, and structural domains.
• Supervise EPC partners, engineering firms, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical specifications and lead tendering with suppliers and contractors.
• Manage BESS architecture, HV/MV substations, grid interconnection, and related sites.
• Monitor project planning, adjust as needed, and report milestones.
