Master's degree in engineering, preferably in thermodynamics or energy systems.
Hands-on mentality with analytical, quality-driven mindset.
Strong technical interest and problem-solving mindset.
Good understanding of analysis tools and methods.

Interest in HVACR and Green Deal goals.
Self-discipline to schedule timelines and meet deadlines.
Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

Analyse unit requirements, functionalities and failure modes to determine tests and evaluation criteria.
Determine testing schedule autonomously, considering global planning.
Execute validation tests (structure, reliability, performance, sound, safety).
Deeply analyse test results and confirm criteria are met.
Validate and verify results of FEM simulations.
Discuss results with product development and define countermeasures.
Gather data, visualize, and finalize the test report.
Discuss interim results with management and implement action plans.
Report development quality status to senior management in design reviews.
