Daikin Europe invites a Product Validation Engineer to join our Belgium development center to help ensure the reliability of new Daikin products by validating prototypes in our extensive test facilities and working with a dynamic, cross-functional team.

You will discuss test criteria, execute structure and reliability tests, analyze results, and report findings. The role values teamwork, analytical thinking, and fluency in English, with additional European language skills seen as an asset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably within Electromechanics.
• Hands-on mentality and analytical mindset.
• Good understanding of analysis tools and methods.
• Team player and able to communicate with multiple departments.
• Very good knowledge of English; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Discuss test criteria, identify root causes, and define countermeasures with product development.
• Execute validation tests: structure-, reliability-, unit-, sound- and safety-tests.
• Evaluate test results and confirm setup criteria are met.
• Gather data, visualize results (graphs) and officialize test reports.
• Escalate status and achievements within the department and management.
• Participate in design review meetings.
