Tractebel in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HV/MV electrical infrastructure projects, from studies to commissioning, for grid operators and industrial clients.

You will join a multidisciplinary team within the ENGIE Group, contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management, with a hybrid work arrangement and focus on energy transition projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in T&D technical project management.
• 2–3 years in T&D business development: prospecting, networking, client events.
• Experience with HV/MV electrical infrastructure and proposal preparation.
• Knowledge of European TSO technical standards is an asset.
• Leadership, customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead HV/MV electrical infrastructure projects from studies to commissioning.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage cost, schedule, quality, safety.
• Monitor project financials and forecast costs, revenue and margins.
• Define technical solutions and evaluate supplier offers with experts.
• Contribute to CAPEX estimates and project planning.
• Coordinate construction and commissioning activities with technical teams.
