• Highly emphatic, with excellent listening skills and a genuine passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, HR administration, HRIS updates, payroll and fleet coordination, as well as employee requests and grievances.
• Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding cycle.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, feedback and recognition activities, and internal events.
• Manage site facilities and coordinate front-desk activities.
• Ensure the successful implementation and follow-up of local HR projects, such as bike leasing and new insurance schemes.
• Maintain compliance with local legislation and ensure that relevant employment, mobility, health and safety practices are properly implemented.
• Coordinate with and support local stakeholders. Act as a professional and approachable first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, building effective working relationships with employees, managers and external partners.
