Expleo is a global engineering, technology and consulting partner seeking an experienced HR Project Manager in Brussels to lead end-to-end HR transformations. You will define objectives, coordinate cross-functional teams and drive learning & development and performance initiatives to elevate the employee experience.

• Strong knowledge of HR project management and HR transformation.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development and performance management.
• Strong understanding of organisational effectiveness, process redesign and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HR projects from planning and business case development through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks and success measures.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to HR leadership.
• Lead performance management initiatives, including performance frameworks, goal setting, feedback and development planning.
• Support HR transformation and new ways of working across the HR organisation.
• Analyse and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience.
• Facilitate workshops for process redesign, workflow optimisation and role clarification.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new HR processes and operating models.
• Drive continuous improvement across Learning & Development, organisational effectiveness and HR service delivery.
• Work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders and employees to translate strategy into practical solutions.

• Strong facilitation, coaching and storytelling skills.
• Good level of English and Dutch and/or French.

Experience

• 10+ years in HR Project Management / HR Transformation / Organisational Development / Consulting
• Proven experience leading Learning & Development projects
• Experience in Performance Management initiatives
• Experience with HR process redesign and organisational effectivenessExperience leading change management and transformation programmes
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and project leadership
• Experience translating HR strategy into practical solution
