speos is seeking an HR Services Officer to manage operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle in a service‑oriented manner. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with Belgian labour law, and collaborate with the People & Organisation team to deploy HR policies and projects.

You will handle personnel administration, payroll backup, records maintenance in HR systems (Mpleo, Protime, eBlox), and coordinate workflows with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or personnel administration.
• Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation and core HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Process all employee-related information accurately across the full employee lifecycle (contracts, amendments, onboarding/offboarding, absences, holidays, training registrations).
• Provide first-line HR support by explaining Belgian social legislation and internal policies to employees.
• Keep HR records and systems up to date (Mpleo, Protime, eBlox) ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Coordinate HR administrative workflows between employees, managers and the People & Organisation team.
• Backup payroll activities to ensure continuity during absences or peak periods.
• Support HR policies and projects with operational and administrative implementation.
• Identify improvements to HR processes and contribute to efficiency gains.
• Stay up to date with HR trends and Belgian labour law to maintain compliance.
