speos is seeking an HR Payroll & Services Officer in Belgium to lead end-to-end payroll processing, ensure data accuracy, and maintain governance across HR systems. You will collaborate with external providers and the People & Organisation team to deliver accurate compensation and compliant administrative services.

Required are a relevant degree with payroll experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and fluency in French with knowledge of Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years in payroll and personnel administration.
• Master's degree with 1–2 years experience, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of Belgian social and tax legislation.
• Strong numerical, analytical and data quality focus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and data validation.
• Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure service quality.
• Manage employee records and HRIS data with governance.
• Provide frontline HR support on payroll and benefits topics.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards with HR stakeholders.
