What is your role?

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Conduct interviews and maintain communication with candidates
• Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth integration
• Maintain and update HR databases and recruitment trackers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media presence
• Support general HR activities (employee engagement, events, admin tasks)

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and people management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
