You will combine hands-on administration with process ownership to ensure high service standards and accurate HR data in Workday and related systems.
You will manage contracts, onboarding/offboarding, leaves, sick leave, social security, and reporting while ensuring compliance with Luxembourg law.

As an HR Operations Senior Officer, you will provide reliable, compliant and employee-focused HR support throughout the entire employee life cycle. Combining hands-on HR administration with process ownership, you will help ensure high service standards, accurate HR data and the continuous improvement of our HR Operations.
