The successful candidate will work on civil and commercial litigation cases, handle various disputes, and deal with enforcement cases. Applicants should have a Master’s degree, ideally an LLM, with 2-5 years' experience in litigation, and must be registered with the Luxembourg bar. Fluency in French and English is required. Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:

Experienced Lawyer – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Your role:

• Work on civil and commercial litigation cases;
• Handle litigation files in many industries and areas of practice including complex commercial and corporate disputes (contractual disputes, shareholder and investor disputes, financial disputes, insolvency related disputes);
• Deal with recognition and enforcement cases (attachments, exequatur of foreign judgments and arbitral awards);
• Handle civil liability and insurance disputes (professional liability, medical matters, major accidents and personal injuries).

Your profile:

• You have a strong academic record in civil law (Master’s degree), ideally completed by an LLM degree;
• You are registered with the Luxembourg bar as “Avocat à la Cour”;
• You have gained at least between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in the fields of civil and commercial litigation in Luxembourg;
• You are fluent in French and English. Every other language is considered a real asset;
• You are able to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple tasks;
• You are open-minded, self-driven, flexible and capable of working pro-actively and well organized in a very dynamic and demanding environment.
