Job summary

Klüber Lubrication, part of the Freudenberg Group, is seeking an HR Manager Belgium to serve as the local HR lead for blue- and white-collar colleagues. You will guide recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding in compliance with Belgian labour law and collective agreements.

You will coach managers, build relations with unions, coordinate talent reviews, and partner with payroll to streamline processes across Belgium. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience, ideally in production or industrial env.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labour law and unions/works councils.
• Experience advising managers and handling employee relations independently.
• Good knowledge of local personnel administration and payroll processes.
• Autonomous, hands-on with ability to prioritise many topics.
• Clear, approachable communication and trust-building.
• Fluent French and English; Dutch a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Outlook and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Be the local point of contact for employees, providing HR guidance and support.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations and Belgian labour law compliance.
• Build relationships with unions and employee representatives.
• Coordinate annual talent management cycle including performance reviews and incentives.
• Work with payroll and administration to coordinate HR activities.
• Support organisational change and regional HR projects.
• Implement local compensation and benefits policies.
• Manage Workday and HR reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy.
