Job summary

Bosch is offering a six-month internship in Belgium within the Human Resources team. You will manage internship recruitment, support interns as their HR Business Partner, and contribute to small HR projects while assisting payroll-related tasks.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Business, Psychology, or HR fields with strong English, good MS Office skills, and the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently a student in Business, Psychology, or HR-related fields.
• Ideally some practical experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial, autonomous.
• Fluency in English; Dutch/French/German knowledge valued.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Process Management: handle internship recruitment from job descriptions to candidate outreach and screening.
• Intern Support: HRBP for interns, maintain communication with interns and mentors, handle HR inquiries.
• Small HR Projects: participate in HR projects improving the employee experience.
• Administrative Excellence: assist compensation/benefits coordinators with payroll topics and admin tasks.
