Qualifications

• Student in Communications/Marketing/Business (Master).
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to balance multiple work streams.
• Streamlined critical thinking and highly organized.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint; charts/graphics; GIMP is a plus.
• Strong AI literacy; proficient with generative AI tools in daily workflows.
• Video editing skills (short and long form) are an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and creativity.
• Positive, open-minded attitude; good humor and intercultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and designing internal communication initiatives, including an internal newsletter.
• Plan and coordinate employee events to foster engagement and company culture.
• Support employer branding efforts.
• Contribute to project management for internal initiatives aimed at driving improvements across the organization.
• Help design and implement creative internal communication and employer branding strategies.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions within the organization.
