Job summary

Bosch Group in Belgium is seeking an intern to support our HR team across recruitment, intern relations, and project work for a 6-month period.

You will engage with interns and mentors, help manage job descriptions and candidate outreach, and assist with payroll-related administrative tasks while developing HR skills in a global technology company.

Qualifications

• Student in Business, Psychology, or HR-related fields.
• Some practical experience and comfort with MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Fluency in English; Dutch/French/German knowledge is valued.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Process Management: oversee job descriptions, outreach and shortlisting for internships.
• Intern Support: act as HR partner for interns and mentors, address HR queries.
• Small HR Projects: contribute to HR initiatives that improve the employee experience.
• Administrative Excellence: assist Compensation & Benefits with payroll topics and admin tasks.

Job Description

As an integral part of the Human Resources Department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our internship program at Robert Bosch and Bosch Home Comfort in Belgium. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment Process Management: Take charge of the recruitment process for all internship positions, from updating job descriptions to actively managing candidate outreach and screening.
• Intern Support: Act as the HR Business Partner for our interns, maintaining communication with them and their mentors while addressing any HR-related inquiries.
• Small HR Projects: Get involved in soft HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience across the company.
• Administrative Excellence: Assist our compensation and benefits coordinators with HR management and payroll topics, while also supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

• You are currently a student in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources related fields.
• Ideally, you have gained some practical experience and are confident in working with MS Office.
• You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively under tight deadlines.
• As a self-starter, you are entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously, always eager to find solutions.
• You are stress-resistant and flexible, adapting to the dynamic needs of the team.
• Fluency in English is essential, and a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or German is highly valued.

Additional Information

• If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1116.90/month.
• If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
• In case you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
