Allied Vision seeks an HR Generalist to cover maternity leave at our Liège site. The role handles payroll closure for Belgium and supports C&B, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and payroll administration.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Experience in a global group is preferred.
• Reliable, structured, with sense of responsibility and service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly payroll closure for Belgium and oversee payroll for Germany, Singapore, and Japan.
• Act as Compensation & Benefits expert for Belgium.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports.
• Serve as the primary HR contact in Belgium for employees/managers and the local Management Board.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist HR colleagues with local hiring needs and support HR administration.
• Coordinate with international HR colleagues and support transformation initiatives.

• Temporary contract (Full-time or Part-time); From the beginning of December through the end of May
• Location: Parc Scientifique du Sart Tilman, Liège (Belgium).
• Schedule: Flexible hours with the possibility of remote work for autonomous candidates.

Your tasks

• Payroll/Compensation & Benefits: Manage monthly payroll closure for Belgium and oversee payroll for Germany, Singapore, and Japan. Act as Compensation & Benefits expert for Belgium. Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports.
• Employee relations: Serve as the primary HR contact in Belgium for employees/managers and the local Management Board.
• Employee lifecycle: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Recruitment: Assist HR colleagues with local hiring needs.
• HR team collaboration: Coordinate and support the local HR administration and collaborate closely with international HR colleagues.
• Tools & processes: Support the Corporate Group’s transformation initiatives, with a focus on HR tools and processes.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a HR role
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and payroll administration
• Languages: Fluent in French and English. German is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in working within a global Group structure.
• Reliable and structured way of working, sense of responsibility and service orientation
